Individual social Responsibility is a welcome initiative that signifies an individual’s commitment and responsibility towards the wellbeing of the society and the environment around them. It makes them feel more accountable in many ways. From participating in community activities and philanthropy, to contributing to the conservation and protection of nature, an individual can bring in a great amount of value through participation in, and propagation of ISR.

At MSAF, we proudly assert that our employees have always stood up for mission ISR. Though, coinage, ISR, may have been a more recent phenomenon, the ethos of caring for the society on an individual note, our employees have always been in the forefront, giving back to the society. In the recent past, ISR at MSAF has assumed new dimensions and is expanding in multiple directions. From participative action to commemorate global and national occasions, to proactive initiatives for societal benefit, our employees now proudly engage themselves in diverse gestures.

On its part, MSAF has incorporated ISR as part of the organizational initiatives, making it now a regular feature on our activities calendar. From Earth Day to Environment Day, our colleagues rose to the occasion and reinforced their concern for earth. Similarly, the team MSAF has been extending its participation to many more causes.
