MSAF acquires Thanush Ispat Pvt. Ltd.
We are pleased to share that we have successfully completed the acquisition of Thanush Ispat Pvt Ltd, Hospet, Karnataka- one of the best DRI plants in South India.

This is a fully functional facility with a Capacity of 650 TPD with 4 kilns

12 MW power plant, generating power at very low cost, with ~10 MW currently sold through bilateral arrangements.

This also provides Potential to explore group captive consumption for our existing plants.

Spread over 135 acres, the asset offers significant room for future expansion.

Strategically located, it is equidistant from both our plants, enabling freight savings and improved raw material inventory management.
