Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies/policies  in alignment with the overall business strategy
• Ensure 100% policy, statutory compliance
• Responsible for employee engagement, grievance redressal, management of IR issues, and people policy implementation
• Responsible for specific initiatives to roll out POSH, BCOC, R&R, fitness, health surveys and other key initiatives
