ప్రోడక్ట్ మ్యానుఫ్యాక్చరింగ్ సంస్థలో చేరినప్పుడు నాలో కొన్ని భయాలు, సందేహాలు నాలో ఉన్నాయి. ఇక్కడి పనితగానం ఎలా ఉంటుందో, కొన్ని పాతతరం ఆలోచనలు, ఎక్కువ ఒత్తిడి, మెల్లగా సాగే పెరుగుదల, ఈ ఆలోచనాలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ చేరిన నాలుగు రోజుల్లోనే ఇక్కడి ఆదర్శవంతమైన పనివాతావరణం, ఎల్లప్పుడూ ఉద్యోగుల గ్రోత్ అండ్ డెవలప్మెంట్, knowledge గైనింగ్, ఈ విషయాల్లో సంస్థ ఎంత చొరవ చూపుతున్నాయి చూసాక, ఈ సంస్థలో భాగంకావడం గర్వంగా ఉంది
Technical trainings are many a time given a glorious miss at many organizations whose core is manufacturing and dealing with processes. At MSAF it is a refreshing feeling to be part of frequent, diverse and in-depth sessions that deal with processes, technology, manufacturing, and many related things. I am thankful to have been gained deeper and significant improvement and upskilling, due to the busy learning and development calendar that MSAF has presented to me.
I am working in MS AGARWAL from last one year, I like here continuous learning, trainings and pressure free working culture. There is a very good initiative called buddy initiative which has helped me and all new joiners to settle well and fast in MS AGARWAL family.
In buddy initiative new joiners can express any of there internal/external issues with their BUDDY assigned by HR and management concerned and solve their issues. There is good transparency between employees and management. The best things I like here is quality assured product and customer centric culture. Individual development plan(IDP) is also a good initiative as company groom us by provide required trainings.
The organization in which I am Working, MS AGARWAL FOUNDRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a very good organization, our work experience is very good in relation to the organization. MS Agarwal is always committed to the good quality of its product. MS Agarwal always respects its employees and encourages production of good quality products.
It has been a while since I have been getting busier at MSAF. But it doesn't feel so for me, as I feel I have been working here for much longer a period than what the truth is. The reason being, the friendliness, feeling at home, feeling special, and most importantly feeling like a family. At MSAF, all these experiences are assured privileges of immeasurable value, that are bestowed on us through excellent work culture, efficient management and opportunities to perform and stay recognized and rewarded. From induction to exit, it is important to refer to HR policies at every stage, and avail and adopt them aptly, timely and effectively. Now, any employee who just joined the company, to the employee who is getting ready to resign, can feel relieved about how empowered they are, how policies have been formulated to make onboarding and separation easier.
I have always stayed confused about leaves and various categories. The new policy document makes it easier to understand and clearly categorizes them with appropriate information. From casual leaves to sick leaves, the distinction is clear and we need to make note of all of them to avail leaves under right categories. Isn't it important to avoid loss of pay?
